Privacy and cookie notice

We receive information you deliberately submit, such as contact details, form responses, seller details, and account setup information. Stripe processes payment details; Auction Compass receives transaction, subscription, and payment-status records rather than full card numbers.

With Analytics consent, we collect sanitized page locations, content groups, CTA context, and finite funnel outcomes. We do not send email addresses, phone numbers, Whatnot handles, free-text form answers, checkout-return URLs or query values, or authentication tokens to GA4 or Google Ads. After Stripe verifies a paid checkout, we send its opaque transaction ID only for conversion measurement and deduplication; it is not registered as a custom reporting dimension.

We use submitted information to provide requested reports or services, administer subscriptions and member access, prevent abuse, communicate about a request or account, and meet legal obligations.

If enabled, analytics helps us understand aggregate page use and funnel completion. Marketing consent is separate and permits only the intentional Google Ads conversion events described in our measurement setup. We do not enable user-provided-data matching or send form contents to Google.

You may accept, reject, or customize optional measurement from the banner or the site-wide Cookie settings link. Revoking Analytics clears accessible Google measurement cookies, including _ga and_gcl families, and stops future site events. Actions taken before consent are dropped and are not replayed later.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Marketing remains disabled. You can still make a separate Analytics choice. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time.

After a verified paid return, the browser keeps an opaque conversion-deduplication marker for up to 90 days so reopening the confirmation in another tab does not report the same conversion again. The marker contains no email, seller handle, or form response.

We use service providers including Netlify for site hosting and forms, Stripe for checkout and billing, Resend for service email, and—only after the relevant choice—Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms.

GA4 event-level data is retained for up to 14 months. Operational, billing, security, and support records may be kept longer when needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
