Answers for Stream Mail package insert requests, proofing, shipping, QR destinations, reorders, and support.

Do I pay when I request Stream Mail package inserts?

No. The current Stream Mail flow is request-first. Auction Compass reviews the seller details, confirms shipping or nonstandard needs, and then follows up before print.

What does the starting package include?

Each published tier includes one custom design proof, standard 4x6 printed inserts, a QR destination check, and Whatnot-safe copy review.

How fast will I hear back after requesting inserts?

Expect a reply within 1 business day with proofing questions, asset needs, and the next step for the selected batch.

When do package inserts ship?

The public timing promise is shipping in 7 days after proof approval. The clock starts after seller assets, proof approval, and production confirmation are complete.

Where should the QR code send buyers?

Use a Whatnot-safe destination such as a Whatnot profile, store, or scheduled show. Inserts should not point buyers to off-platform purchase, payment, or buyer-support paths.

Can I send logos or product photos?

Yes. The form accepts logo, photo, Canva, Drive, Dropbox, Whatnot profile, or reference links. Sellers can also reply by email with assets after submitting.

Can I reorder a larger batch after the first proof?

Yes. The first run is built to prove the message and QR path. Sellers can request a 250 or 500 insert repeat run once the layout is approved.

Is Auction Compass affiliated with Whatnot?

Auction Compass is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot.
