FAQ

Auction Compass FAQ

Answers about Market Pulse, Seller Intelligence, Industry Intelligence, member access, pricing, and public-observation limits.

What does Seller Intelligence include?

The $89/month subscription includes freshness-qualified category comparisons, up-to-100 seller rankings, seller comparisons, demand/supply/efficiency heatmaps, personalized Golden Hours and Blackout Windows, next-show recommendations, and a weekly market brief.

What is Industry Intelligence?

Industry Intelligence is a cards-first, protected organization workspace for graders, card manufacturers, distributors, and marketplaces. It starts at $2,500/month with a three-month initial term and includes category momentum, creator intelligence, a launch planner for fresh and sufficiently sampled sport/game feeds, public title/theme visibility, a monthly analyst brief, and one monthly strategy call.

Why are exact timing windows locked?

Market Pulse provides a limited public view. Full category and seller comparisons, freshness-qualified heatmaps, personalized timing windows, and next-show recommendations are part of Seller Intelligence.

Does the data guarantee sales?

No. Auction Compass timing guidance is directional and does not guarantee viewers, buyers, or sales. Results still depend on inventory, pricing, format, promotion, competition, and execution.

Where does the data come from?

Auction Compass uses public Whatnot market observations and public seller profiles. It does not provide GMV, orders, buyers, conversion, unique viewers, exact product sell-through, or Boost-spend attribution.

How do I get member access?

Start from pricing or email keenan@getauctioncompass.com. Active Seller Intelligence subscribers receive member access instructions directly. Industry Intelligence access is provisioned by organization after its protected workspace is ready.

Is Auction Compass affiliated with Whatnot?

Auction Compass is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot.
